GLOBAL AIRCRAFT DELIVERY ANNOUNCES NAME CHANGE AND RELOCATION OF CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS

(Seattle, Washington) - Global Aircraft Delivery, Inc. announced that it has changed its name to Global Aircraft Services and relocated its offices to the Seattle-suburb of Tukwila, Washington.

In addition to the name change Global Aircraft Services has introduced a new corporate logo and plans to launch an enhanced website at www.gairservices.com in early 2008. The company's new identity was introduced in conjunction with a move to expanded offices located at 320 Andover Park East.
